My name is Tammy and I know exactly how you feel coz I've been there before, but I realised that God doesn't want me to be afraind (2 Timothy 1vs7) of anything. But at the same time you need to ask yourself if this is what God wants for you, becoz remember He sees into the future and He knows what the consequences of the choices we make today will be. So I'd advise you to pray and find out what God is saying about this. He is always ready to answer you and when He does you will know. Doing things outside of God's will for us is dangerouse and can lead to heartbreak in the long run. Be wise in your choice. When you love someone you give them a piece of your heart, and if they break it then they take that piece with them so much so that when you finally meet the right one you'll have very little left to give them coz you'll have lost your trust, and you'll be broken and a lot of other things.At church I've been taught to not give my heart to someone who does not deserve it becoz they won't value it as it should be and I'll have lost a piece of myself. Pray and be sure. Let God guide you.
If you feel you need to let go then you probably should.
