Lyrics Help: Looking for lyrics to 2 old timey songs

    I am looking for two song lyrics.
    One has in it"When your up on the mountain, life is easy, you have peace of mind, like you've never known. But down in the valley, of sin and temptation, don't loose faith child, you arre never alone."
    The other is a faster song with the lyrics "watching, waiting, you know not the day, when the Lord will come take you away. It has a chorus about standing on the mount of Zion, I think.

    These are the closest I could find to the first lot of lyrics. I hope they're the right ones? =)
