I couldn't find the exact lyrics or anything. But i found someone give these lyrics to a song by Tim Hughes..

Thank You Aimee, That is the words to the song i am looking for, and I am sure my pastor and the rest of the worship team will thank you if I can find a version of that song by Tim Hughes. They are all very curious to hear it. BLESSINGS TO YOU!;) -
