My favorite was Thousand Foot Krutch and Pillar last year. With John Reuben and Dizmas openning. TFK and Reuben are two of my top 5 favorite artists ever, and Pillar's top 10, so it was amazing. What about you guys>

I haven't seen TFK yet, but I saw Pillar (with The Afters), and Pillar was too much show for me. I saw Pillar at HoB Hollywood too and they were pretty good. Overall though, my FAVORITE concert ever has to be Switchfoot. I've seen them 4 times now and they're amazing EVERYTIME for me. I'm going to a Tyrone Wells concert this Tuesday -- it's a benefit concert -- but Switchfoot is still my all-time favorite.

I haven't seen Switchfoot in concert yet, but I'd really like to. Unfortunately the guy that I generally go to christian concerts with dislikes Switchfoot. Maybe if they were playing with one of his metal groups he'd go, but that doesn't seem like a likely pairing to me.

Michigan. We don't generally get many good concerts around here. I drove 6 hours and back to Illinois to see John Reuben and Grits earlier this year.

Ah cool! Yeah, definitely recommend seeing Switchfoot if you can...they're simply amazing. I really like being in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area because we get a lot of concerts here. Hope you can see them soon :D

We don't get many concerts down here... our main one is Parachute which is awesome, i've been going to that for a couple of years. But, I missed Relient K when they were there..so I'd have to pick Anberlin's.

Reliant K is probably the top of my list for bands that I haven't yet seen in concert but want to. I almost went to one last year, but had a time conflict. Anberlin would be another sweet concert. And my friend that I always go to concerts with loves Anberlin, so we'd both have fun at that one.

Best concert I would have to say the "Sea of Faces Tour" cuz my fave bands were playin' on the tour. I saw FALLING UP, KUTLESS, THOUSAND FOOT KRUTCH & FM STATIC. So that was a RAWKIN' line-up for sure. That's the best so far so I ain't got any more unless CREATION WEST counts as me second most fave. Hehehe!!! But yeah that's me fave so there ya go.

I've been to quite a few good gigs/festivals. My favourite gig would have to have been this summer when i finally got to see Blindside after so many years of waiting, it was an amazing festival over all. Camping with a few bands was cool as well.

And i'm also going to see Switchfoot when they come over in Feb next year seens that the European tour was cancelled earlier this year, so that should be good. I've seen Tree 63 a couple of times this year and they're amazing, they rival David Crowder in my opinion and i think that they are amazing, i've seen them twice now and also next year i'll be seeing the Newsboys for the second time who are pretty good.

And just because i'm english doesn't mean i'm a huge delirious fan, i've seen them about 4 times and i've only enjoyed them about twice.

I am going to see Chris Tomlin on Oct 12, and i have a feeling it's going to be awesome!! I went and saw Michael W. Smith and he was awesome. His songs are so powerful and it was a packed house!!:p :D

Sadly the Christian music front has not really reached Ireland. My best gig ever would be a slighly unchristian band Guns N' Roses here in Ireland back in 1991. It was my first big gig with 85,000 prople singing Paradise City in complete unison. It was a moment

Kutless was really good in concert. They were with Disciple, Krystal Meyers, and KJ 52. It was the first time I heard Disciple and now I'm a fan. Krystal Meyers really puts on a good show a really rocks out for somebody so young. Even KJ 52 was entertaining.

I just missed Plumb in St. Louis and could kick myself.

The winterjam is going to be good this year again. Jeremy Camp, Hawk Nelson, Stephen Curtis Chapman, Newsong, and Adie (Camp).

Hi Tom. Thanks for your reply. It does my heart good to hear that Christian Music is vibrant and alive in the USA. Unfortunately is reland is not touched by the music and what worries me is that a gig calle "The Unholy Alliance" thats headlined by Slayer is sold out!! What are the options?
My band Bright New Dawn are in the process of rehearsing prior to recording a 6 track CD. We are all Christians and our music aims to reach out to young people (16-25) at their level and give witness to God's love.
    Take care. Talk soon

that's awesome michelle. I might even have to change mine to .... the latest Thrice concert I went to, they put on one heck of a show. While it was a secular concert, it was maybe the most amazing show I've been to. I'm hoping to hit up a couple concerts this month or next month still.

The best performer I've ever seen, was Shaun Barrowes. He's amazing on the piano and has a very smooth, soulful voice. I loved his rendition of Silent Night. He's on iTunes if anyone else wants to hear that song.

The Project 86 concert last year at alive fest was by far the greatest ever. It wasn't on the main stage, but during the middle of their show it started poring down rain and they just kept going threw the set. Unfortunately we couldn't meet them after because the announcer came on and said they were expecting tornadoes and blah and blah and to get back to the camp site. But it was amazing they were so full of energy.

ApologetiX. and not just because they're my favorite band :P it was just so energetic and the guys in APX are so passionate about God and their faith, it's really inspiring. and because they aren't so very famous, the concerts are relatively small, which is a lot more fun than being one of 4 thousand. plus you get to meet them afterwards... and when the lead guitarist points to you, says you rock, and gives you his guitar pick just because you knew all the lyrics to all the songs, that's a pretty good feeling. but i need to stop before i start ranting :P
