Hey, this is greg.cross! These lyrics that I've been posting, are still without music. God gave me the words, but not the music, to most of them! I've been around the music world for many years, but writing the actual notes/chords,etc.-- that gift I don't have. But God has blessed my life here with words from His heart...to my hand! I would love to work with musicians on putting music to God's words. I have the melodies in my head, but I can't put them on paper! So, if you or anyone you know, would like to collaberate with me on the music portion---that would be a blessing! Just thought I would share what God has inspired for me to write and meet those who God brings my way.
Thank you all,
Gregory Thurman

I would love to help in any way I can. If you already have ideas for melodies, it shouldn't be too hard for me to get them down on paper, if you can send me a recording of you singing them. contact me here or mc_043@yahoo.com
I appreciate you answering my post, concerning music for these lyrics! I can record the partial melodies, to tape and send them to you. I'll be having surgery on my wrist again, on the 13th of June--but I'll do my best to get that tape to you!
I'm pretty sure that some of my past musicians can help me do the mp3 thingy! Everything has changed so much, now a days--but I'm sure my studio group knows how to do that! Michal, if you don't mind- I'd also like to include an agreement performance contract and the releases that go's with them. This isn't because I distrust you, it's just one of the first things you're told about, in the beginning, of starting a music publishing co.. It outlines the 5 W's, and protects you and your music-- and also my lyrics. I don't write or compose, just for the money, even though I want to prosper greatly, so as to be able to give more to God, and thus populate heaven, as much as possible! I give God 90%, and the other 10%--covers everything I need, and so I love to help out His Kingdom, always! Thank you for your concern of my pending surgery--I really do appreciate it! Back at ya',
If you haven't started recording already, and you know anyone who owns a Mac, the easiest thing to do is to use GarageBand to record then Share>Export to disk. This will save it as an MPEG-4 Audio file, which I can play.
Caught me just in time! I've had my surgery date moved up- so I'll try to complete this prior to--if anything comes up to delay this recordind, Cassey Munro, my exec. asst., will contact you. But, I think I have enough time, so....
