A few years ago I went to see the Newsboys and one of the opening groups was 7th Day Slumber. When the concert was over my wife asked what I enjoyed best about the evening and without hesitation I said SDS!!!!

These guys have an awesome message in their songs and in their words. As great as they are musically I was really impressed with what they had to say. The cd 'Picking Up the Pieces' is a life story of the lead singer.

If you get the opportunity check 'em out. They even had an alter call then and there in the middle of their concert....awesome.

Sure wish they would come around again.

I heard that over summer last year at a free concert in Cerritos, CA and I was quite happy with their music. They have a good sound where it's not too hard rock, but it's not too soft to call acoustic. I really liked them. I had heard a little bit of their stuff before, but hearing them live really made the difference. I also used to be a huge fan of Newsboys, but lost interest in the past few years. Audio Adrenaline came and played at my school last month and I was stage manager for the concert -- it was a good concert :)
