In the late 70's or early 80's there was a young lady sang about beeing so happy and joyful that she had to keep explaining why she was high on Jesus. One verse was about a police officer stopping her, another was the high school principal, and so forth. Anyone heard this song? Know the artist? The song name? The lyrics? In recent years, I have only heard it on Christian radio on "Flashback Fridays" type shows.
