    September 11th
    We Must Never Forget

    SEPTEMBER 11th

After suffering the wrath of a sneak attack
America now mourns to her very core.
Though soon her enemies shall all but flee
From the sound of America waging full war.

Let there be no doubt, no doubt at all
That the devil has decided to give us a call.
We shall defeat hell’s soldiers and cast them out
And if we die; that's what freedom is about.

We shall seek them out wherever they may hide
Street by street, house-by-house, cave by cave.
They will be eradicated from the face of the earth
By the righteous, the loyal and the brave.

    FORMIDABLE FOE

America is the birthday cake of earth
As the ants march from every direction.
Thank God for all who have sworn to defend her
Serving with love, honor, pride, and affection.

Since the first day George Washington marched off to war
There have been those who have wished our demise.
Their hatred, fueled by jealousy and greed
Was defeated by our brave and the wise.

Once again, we must face a formidable foe
Who have pledged by their God to destroy us all
Misusing their faith as an excuse to kill
As for a worldwide jihad, their leaders call.

Some say we should try to appease them
For if we resist, they'll hate us even more.
But the David's among us shall cast our stones
Defeating them, as it was done before.

SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF WORLD WAR III

Our sons and daughters serve in harms way
To defend our way of life.
    Some are students, some grandparents
    Many a husband or wife.

They face great odds without complaint
Gambling life and limb for little pay.
So far away from all they love
Fight our soldiers for whom we pray.

The plotters and planners of America's doom
pledge to murder and maim all they can.
From early childhood they are taught
To kill is to become a man.

They exploit their young as weapons of choice
Teaching in heaven, virgins will await.
Destroying lives along with their own
To learn of their falsehoods too late.

The fearful cry we must submit
And find a way to soothe them.
Where defenders worry if we stand down
The future for America is grim.

Now's not the time to fight one another
    Or kiss our enemy's cheek.
All through history it remains the same
    The strong enslave the weak.

May God continue to bless America
    Refusing evil, the upper hand.
It's up to us to stay resolute
    Defending the liberty of Man.

September 11th, 2001, is definitely a day I will never, ever, forget.

Especially more now than anything since I live in NYC. But I honestly believe that 9/11 changed the entire world forever.

I agree that september 11th was a huge deal for americans, and still is. I however un Christian this may seem, is that the Iraqis and everyone else who allowed terrorists to live in their communities was completely in the wrong. Just like Somalia when Bill Clinton was president. Those people let the Warlords control them. Its horrifying, and to sit around and not fight evil is being evil yourself. I thought and still think that Somalia should have been wiped off the map, and though not all Iraqis had a choice in the matter, they drfinately had a say. So this war they are in they deserve, and until they stand up, and fight terrorism they are just as bad as the terrorist they harbor.

What happened Sept 11 was shocking, and horrible. I was in Singapore at the time, i remember seeing it live on TV.
It's influenced pretty much every country- especially airport security.

However, Richie, i do disagree with SOME of what you said re: Iraqi people. (Not all, just some.)
    1. It is not all the people who allow terrorist to live in the community.
    2. What if those who do allow it, believe it is a Just cause. I.e. that it is Qur'anic. ? They are simply following their religious beliefs. They are not seeing themselves as evil.
    3. Individuals cannot fight warlords. Armies have trouble. And since these warlords often have control in the army, as the army leaders benefit from it, they can't rely on the army. So, basically, there's nothing they can do. If they speak against them, they will be killed.

Many individuals do not agree at all with the terrorists, but know that if they speak up in their country (even in an organisation/group) it is of no result, other than to be killed. So are they deserving the war, just because they are saving their life & atleast providing a small level of peace to others through their good will?

Another thing to understand is Arab culture. Hospitality is very important. If even a stranger knocks on your door asking for a place to stay, if you are able you MUST accept & house them for as long as they want/need, and protect them. It is your "god-given" duty. Whoever the person be.

i do agree with what you said because that is true. But religious beliefs or not, harboring evil willingly is harboring evil. However just it may seem to them to be doing the right thing, they're not. I understand that they let people stay there, or that they are just following their religous beliefs, but they have to, or we must ask for them, is that the nice thing to do, or is it the RIGHT thing to do. the nice thing to do is to let the people stay there, even if they know the people are evil, and who are intent on harm. but the right thing to do is to not harbor them.
Your absolutely correct that a single person cannot take on a warlord. But thats just a SINGLE person. If you look at it, and if they could just know, they far outnumber the warlords, and the brutes who work for them. If they would just stand up, and fight for their country, their neighbors, the ones they love, but most importantly for themselves, they could overcome the opposition that is in front of them, and truly be free. they all say they want the warlords to be gone, that they want their own freedom, but thats NEVER going to happen unless they themselves fully believe and want their freedom so bad that they are willing to die for it; yes DIE for it. Fighting only when your not going to get hurt is a losing battle, there is going to be casualties, and thats reality.
And there are some who believe it is a just cause, and that makes them far deadlier then the brutes who follow orders; because they are willing to die for their beliefs. We are fighting a losing battle, because its not our country we are fighting for, its anothers. They are never going to truly be free unless they themselves stand up and fight for THEIR freedom, not ours. Our troops cannot stay there forever, and soon they must realize that, or they're doomed to oppression forever.
