Regardless of cost your word must be true To all it was freely given. If you only thrive on self-serving joys You’ll miss your bus to Heaven.
You can cultivate or destroy life’s conditions Which decide who will mourn your fate. You can provide, teach, protect and preserve A life free of mistrust, selfishness and hate.
What kind of a man do you wish to be As the footsteps of life race by? Never hold back kind acts of love And compassion before you die.
Without the aid of human failings Satan couldn’t accomplish one dark deed. Evil loves to misguide the wits of man With jealously, distrust and greed.
No man is born to make the world suffer It’s something he acquires along the way. Only through grace, prayer and repentance Can he avoid Satan’s foulness at play.
