I'm trying to find a song from about 10 years ago, about a woman who carried a rock on her shoulder everywhere she went, but finally learned the lesson that she could put it down, that she didn't have to carry the burden.

I was thinking it was someone along the lines of Ginny Owens or Jennifer Knapp, but I wasn't able to find it back. Can anyone help out??
