I am trying to find the words to a Christian song I heard a while back.

It is about a little boy who is at a missionary service at church with his mom.
The song goes on to say the little boy asks his mom "WHAT IF I GAVE ALL?"
He is talking about the 1dollar bill in his pocket.

The song encourages all Christians to ask theirself
"What if I gave all?"

I cannot remember who sings it - nor the correct title.
