I have search all over the web with no luck so far on this one. Here is what I remember of this song:
It was played back in the late '80s-early '90s.
It was by a male artist, possibly Steve Green or someone close to him in sound.
It is based off of Psalm 47:6.
It was popular enough to make it on the radio at the time.

Lyrics are:
"Sing praises to God, song praises
